Nestled in the Midlands of South Carolina, Batesburg-Leesville Elementary is home to around 500 students in grades 3rd through 5th. Using the Profile of the SC Graduate as their blueprint, students at Batesburg-Leesville Elementary have many opportunities to be innovators.

BLES is proud to offer a variety of extracurricular options for students including Honors Choir, the annual BLES play, Girls on the Run, Panther Prowl boys running club, the Secret Art Society, plus much more!

The Critter Coin system (a custom coin PBIS approach) drives our uplifting school culture by encouraging all students to be positive, respectful, involved, determined, and enthusiastic learners.  

A recently named Palmetto's Finest and TransformSC school, Batesburg-Leesville Elementary is implementing personalized learning for all students through rigorous, engaging, and individualized instruction.   BLES is proud of our tradition of excellence and strives to meet our mission daily.
