School Report Cards Demonstrate Progress in Lex 3 Graphic

Lexington County School District Three is pleased to share key early highlights from the 2025 South Carolina School Report Cards.

Batesburg-Leesville Elementary School improved its overall rating from “Below Average” to “Good” and Batesburg-Leesville Middle School increased its rating from “Average” to “Good.” These gains reflect continued academic growth and notable improvement in student performance on the SC Ready English Language Arts and Mathematics assessments.

Batesburg-Leesville High School also demonstrated forward progress, earning additional points on its overall report card index. While the school’s rating remains “Average” for 2025, several core indicators continue to show strong results. More than 91% of BLHS students graduate on time and 80% of the graduating class meets College or Career Readiness standards—surpassing many state-level comparisons.

Please note the primary school does not receive a rating under the state’s report card system.
